About US
In 2008 after having my 2 children I left my job of 18 years in the NHS as a Medical Secretary as I decided I wanted a job that I could do from home.
I tried a few different party plan jobs but I really wanted to start something from scratch that I could call my own. At the time I was making personalised birthday cards and I decided to make some personalised chocolate wrappers for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. Everybody loved what I had made and a few mums asked me where I had got them from and were amazed I did them myself. I began to make them for their children and after a few months It’s A Wrap Cornwall was born.
We started trading in January 2009 and as the years have gone by we have become busier with each year.
As a family run business we hope we bring a personal and friendly approach. All our chocolate and sweet wrappers are hand wrapped by our own fair hands and we have commissioned exclusive wrapper designs by our own in-house artists that are not available elsewhere.
We exhibit at markets and wedding fairs (details of which we put on our social media but we can also arrange for you to visit our office in Perranporth (by appointment) at other times. Orders can also be collected from an address in Pool, Redruth.
We post orders across the UK and offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to our customers. If of course you need an order quickly we do have an option to upgrade your delivery to PRIORITY at a small additional charge. Please ask for a quote for this service.

Artists who create our wrapper designs
We are well aware that there are other companies nationwide who provide a similar service to ours and create personalised chocolate wrappers. However, we want to make our wrapper designs different to others that are available and also unique to our business. To that end we have commissioned artists (some of which are based in Cornwall) to create bespoke designs for our wrappers. All of their designs are original hand drawn pictures and have been exclusively created for our business. We do currently have a few designs which have been computer generated but these will hopefully soon be replaced by original designs from our artists.
The percentage of designs you will see on our website that are exclusive to It’s A Wrap Cornwall is approximately 85%. By the end of 2024 we aim to get all the designs we offer to be exclusively ours and not available elsewhere.
