Handmade 25g chocolate heart with a choice of toppings presented in a foil heart tray and wrapped in a clear cello bag.  A personalised label can be attached to the curling ribbon.  You can also specify your own choice of topping which we will add if you don't like any that are listed.  Please click on the "own choice" option in the drop down menu and we will contact you after your order has been placed to take the details.

CHOCOLATE BASE: Available in milk, plain or white chocolate
